Rooted in Relief is an 8-week virtual cannabis and wellness circle for people actively using cannabis who want to feel more informed, empowered, and balanced in their mental health journey.
Led by a licensed clinician and cannabis therapeutics expert, this intimate group offers evidence-based education, supportive conversation, and a safe space to explore cannabis as part of your wellness routine.
8 live Zoom sessions (1 hour weekly) — Small group of 6–10 participants.
